Prepare your body and your mind for a positive, active pregnancy and birth with this comprehensive 3 hour workshop. You can expect to leave being able to continue with an empowering home practice or confidently adapt a class at the studio. Notes will be provided.

Be educated and informed with a combination of breath work, stretching and strengthening, vocal toning and relaxation. This will follow with Raspberry leaf tea and a discussion on how to discover your inner resources during your journey towards birth. Your session will end with a guided meditation so you can connect deeply with your baby.

Yoga is a wonderful complement to pregnancy and some of the amazing benefits include; release of stress and anxiety, strength and clarity of the mind, overall feeling of well being and improved circulation and flexibility.

This workshop will be facilitated by Natalie Brazil who has 10 years experience teaching prenatal yoga, has two children of her own and is passionate about the benefits of yoga during pregnancy.
