Join Lyssa for an evening of Sweat, Sound & Spirit. An opportunity to sweat out toxicity, old tensions and old ways of being in the world. The practice will open with a ceremonial smoke blessing from a local Aboriginal Elder to enter sacred space. You’ll then be guided through an extended Forrest Yoga practice to call in and reconnect to your Spirit. Finally, our favourite local musicians will guide you through a powerful sound healing to integrate all of these incredible gifts.

Connect to what it feels like to practice body, mind and Spirit, let yourself be guided deeper into your practice and feel the joy of what it means to experience yoga as a sacred ceremony.

About Lyssa

Lyssa is an E-RYT200 and the owner of Yoga For All. She has studied with Shamanic Practitioners, Vikki Dean & Robert Boyle and under the tutelage of Ana Forrest and Senior Forrest Yoga Guardian, Jambo Truong. She draws on elements of her teachers but also her own learnings and life experiences to connect deeper into feeling. Her aim is to guide you in to how to feel the practice of Yoga in a four dimensional way, experiencing these gifts physically, mentally emotionally and Spiritually. Through these practices Lyssa was shown how to overcome her own challenges and struggles and she wants to share these tools with you.
