Unwind tensions, create space & heal in an extended Yin Yoga practice guided by Tess. This 3hr immersion will allow you to dive deeper and revitalise the connective tissue (fascia) of the body while melting into a valley of extended stillness.
The immersion will focus mostly from 'navel to knee' area of the body, moving deeply into the hips. If your hips are tight it will affect the rest of your body. You will walk out of the practice with a new sense of freedom, ready to dance the night away (or curl up on the couch all blissed out with a cuppa)!
You will move beyond the regular yin class into longer held postures tailored to your own individual body with the support & adjustments offered by Tess. This practice is for those who have attended a yin class previously and are looking to expand their practice.
Wear warm clothes including socks and make sure you have something light to eat before the practice.
