The 'Introduction to Yin Yoga' four week journey will help you to understand the basis of this inspiring & blissful practice. You will be provided with some principles that you can use in group classes and at home to take you deeper into your practice. This course is suitable for anyone, particularly those new to Yin Yoga or have never tried it before. You can expect to cover the following:
- Yin and Yang theory
- Why and how you can practice Yin Yoga
- Typical Yin Yoga postures
- Chi/Ki & Meridians (energy channels) within the body
- Effects of Yin Yoga
The four week journey will be held on Mondays 17/24/31 Oct & 7 Nov
Classes will run from 7:15pm - 8:30pm (Blissing you out before bed!)
