Join Tahnee for a three-hour masterclass on all things hamstrings!! In part three of our anatomy series (Glutes, Quads + Hip Flexors), we'll meet our hamstrings and learn how to let them go and get them strong, all while adapting our asana to our unique bodies. We will focus on the biceps femoris short and long heads, semimembranosus and semitendinosus. Learn how these muscles affect your practice and your posture. No anatomy knowledge required, though some yoga experience is helpful. Please bring TWO tennis balls with you to this workshop.
