Yoga For Surfers is a dedicated program designed specifically to build your surfing or (any other water sport ) skills. You will learn techniques to help increase power and enhance performance in the water and will be provided with the relevant tools and information to extended your longevity in your chosen water sport. 

Our program has been specially tailored to:

Help you prepare and warm up for your surfing session
Build and increase core strength
Balance and flexibility
Breathing techniques.which will help improve energy levels, lung capacity and vitality
Recovery techniques preventing atrophy in muscles, bones and ligaments
Rehabilitation heal old injuries and to prevent new ones from developing
Improve your mental focus and clarity
Improve your co-ordination and neuro response times for ultimate surfing performance

Yoga for Surfers combines both modern and ancient yoga techniques and offers combination of static and dynamic movement that target specific parts of the body to improve their functioning for more effective performance
Breath and meditation techniques will also be included to help improve endurance, stamina and mental awareness.

The program is suitable for men, women and is an ‘all levels’ practice (beginners welcome)
