Join Tahnee for a three-hour masterclass on all things bums!! We'll journey into our glutes how to make them strong AND supple with our practice and adapt our asana to our unique bodies. 

We will focus on the glute medius, minimus and maximus, as well as the external rotators (GOGOQ) and piriformis. Learn how these muscles affect your practice and your posture.
