Overcoming Neck & Back Pain
2 1/2 hr hr Session 12-2.30pm
Stretching is one of the most efficient ways of exploring ourselves and inner states,
allowing you to release muscular tension, manage injury and allay common aches
and pains associated with stress ,age or too much time at the computer.
Over the two hour session you will learn about your own patterns of tension
and how you can change them.Using the principals of Hatha Yoga you will learn
Stretching ,Strengthening and Relaxation techniques and take away with you the
knowledge that if practised will improve the quality of your life.
