and pains associated with stress ,age or
too much time at the computer.
Each session focuses on
learning about your own bodies patterns of
tension and how you can change them through
stretching ,strengthening and relaxation
techniques for neck, shoulders,back,hips & legs.
This course is great for anyone interested
in having a more individualised approach to
their mobility and health.
