Prepare your body and your mind for a positive, active pregnancy and birth with this comprehensive 3 hour workshop.
You can expect to be educated and empowered with a combination of breath work, stretching and strengthening, vocal toning and relaxation. This will follow on with Raspberry leaf tea and an in-depth discussion on how to discover your inner resources and put your yogic skills into practice during your journey towards birth. Your session will end with a guided meditation so you can connect deeply with your baby.
Yoga is a wonderful complement to pregnancy and some of the amazing benefits include; release of stress and anxiety, strength and clarity of the mind, overall feeling of well being and improved circulation and flexibility. Beneficial at any stage during pregnancy. No previous experience required!
This workshop will be facilitated by Natalie Brazil who has 7 years experience teaching prenatal yoga and is passionate about the benefits of yoga during pregnancy.
