Stretching  is one of the most efficient ways of exploring ourselves and inner states, allowing you to release muscular tension, manage injury and allay common aches and pains associated with stress ,age or too much time at the computer.

Over the two and a half hr session you  will learn about your own patterns of tension and how you can  change them.Limbering techniques ,six daily exercises to improve your range of movement  and relaxation techniques to help you reduce stress and sleep better.You will take away with you the knowledge that if practised will improve the quality of your life.
