Please note that this is a two-part workshop, the first session held on March 8 from 3 - 5 pm and the second on March 15 from 3 - 5 pm.
Stretching allows you to release muscular tension, manage injury and allay common aches and pains associated with age, exercise or too much time at a computer! Over two weekend sessions you will learn about your own patterns of tension and how to change them, with the possibility of gaining deeper insight into yourself. Your body will feel looser, your range of movement and sleep habits will improve, and you will feel more relaxed. You will take away with you knowledge that if practised will improve your quality of life. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Working as a physical therapist and devoting 20 years to the practise of Yoga ,surfing and a love of music .I have combined the art of stretch ,breath,dance and funk to teach a rythmic style called Yoga Dance .
Toni is a Remedial Massage and Skin Therapist who has worked in Studios across Australia and more recently Owned and Operated Skin & Tonik in Newcastle.
Through her interaction with her clients and their response to her style of therapies and musical choices she began to develop her yoga practise to modern music ,including elements of Pilates ,Belly dancing and Tri Yoga practise.
More recently Toni has become a qualified Stretch Therapy teacher under the Guidance of
Kit Laughlin .
ST is a comprehensive system of stretching,fascial remodelling,strengthening and neural
re-patterning and relaxation.
Strength ,Stretch and Mobility classes are run over a 8 to 12 week course .
