Join Tahnee for a juicy 3-hour Yin Yoga workshop focusing on deep release of the myofascia of the pelvis and lower back. We will use long-held yin yoga poses and manual therapies to release tension that results in lower back pain and stiffness, and discuss the energetic and emotional implications of a 'sticky' SI joint and tension in the lower back. This workshop will be awesome for anyone who suffers from lower back pain (obviously!) and those of us who spend too much time sitting or standing. Come play!
