Our 4-Week Introduction to Yoga Course starts Mar 22nd Wednesday nights at 5:30 pm-6.45pm. This course is an awesome opportunity for you to start your yoga journey on the right foot, Yoga for All style! Covering the basics of yoga (including yoga breathing, philosophy and alignment for poses), the four week course allows you to dive deeper into the practice, ensuring that you start your yoga journey prepped and ready to tackle group classes or even start your own home practice. Great for those brand new to yoga or those feel like reawakening their beginners mind. Lyssa will break down the poses for you, show you how to stay safe, speak about the 'why' of yoga and make your intro to yoga lots of fun!! The investment for this 4-week program is $80.
