Calling all Hesitant Headstanders & Cautious Crowers! This is your chance to work with your fears of arm balances and inversions in a fun, supportive and playful environment .
It is often our fears that hold us back in a pose rather than our physical capability and this workshop is designed to help you recognize where you are holding back in your practice and how to overcome those obstacles to move deeper.
Arm balances and Inversions offer us the opportunity to shine a spotlight on our fears and understand a little more about our own inner psychology and how that plays out not just on the mat, but in our daily lives.
This workshop will cover Headstand, Crow, Side Crow and a couple of other little surprises! Join Lyssa for 3 hours of playtime – a light-hearted attitude is COMPULSORY!
