Regular yin practitioners (not for beginners or first timers to a Yin practice )
If you have major long term physical injuries this is not the masterclass for you.
Eat a good meal two hours prior to
No snacks or food at all during the practice.
Bring water or other hydrating fluids that you require
Wear comfortable loose fittings garments.
Bring any props should you require
and warm clothing
