More about Lyssa:
I want the whole world to have access to yoga. Our vision at Yoga For All is to make this happen. Making yoga accessible to all means taking away any elitism or 'levels' and creating an environment where everyone can practice together regardless of their physical ability. Yoga is the science of life and an incredible tool for healing. Everyone deserves access to it.
As with everyone yoga plays a very important role in my life, it helps me gain a greater understanding of who I am, keeps me on the straight and narrow and just generally teaches me how to be a better person. I know in my heart everyone wants this too and I am passionate about helping people to develop a toolkit for an enjoyable life .
My classes are developed to provide a physical and mental challenge. My intention is to help students become more aware of their patterns, thought processes, reactions and inner dialogue to overcome their limiting beliefs and take their practice and life to a whole new level on and off the mat. I care deeply about helping people realise their true potential and how great they really are.
For me, a strong physical practice is paramount to strength of mind, body and spirit. When I feel strong I feel confident to deal with all of the curve balls life throws at us.
Physical strength = Mental strength= The ability to move through life with ease.
And the easier we can move through life the better!
