About Marlee: My style of teaching is my heartfelt expression of how yoga has supported my spiritual, mental and emotional growth. My main aim is to support you to feel a connection to your breath and in doing so get you out of your head and into your body. I teach a slow strength-based practice which is inspired by Forrest yoga principles, I also love the stillness of a yin practise. ultimately though I’m just guiding you to see what’s always accessible to all of us, a slowing down and a love for ourselves our strength and our struggles.
