Joy and happiness arise from letting go. Please sit down and take an inventory of your life. There are things you’ve been hanging on to that really are not useful and deprive you of your freedom. Find the courage to let them go.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

The Art of Letting Go

3 hrs of Yin, Pranayama (breathwork) & Meditation

What does it mean to truly let go? To practice and live from a place of true surrender? One of the key aspects of Yoga is the progression towards ‘Moksha’ or liberation. In other words, to feel complete freedom from the shackles of our conditioning that prevent us from expressing who we truly are and essentially keep us from attaining true happiness from within.

Join Lyssa for a 3 hour practice where she will share with you her own insights into how she has learnt ( and is still learning ) to let go of external attachments and how the practice of yoga is helping her learn to live from a place of surrender.

What we cultivate on our mats eventually transpires into our lives and the purpose of this practice is to help us gain useful insights as to where we may be clinging or resisting on our mat ( and in our life ) and how we can start to apply these learnings in a practical way.

This practice welcomes everyone. All ages, abilities and backgrounds.

Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness. If, in our heart, we still cling to anything – anger, anxiety, or possessions – we cannot be free.
