New to Yoga? Not new to Yoga but want to brush up on your technique? Just want to learn more about the fundamentals and foundations of Yoga?
This 3 hour workshop wil be covering the basic poses and core foundations of yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath).
We will work through sun salutations a and b, standing postures, balances, twists, backbends and of course inversions!
With a strong focus on alignment and breath this is a great way to learn or simply re-fresh on the basics of Yoga.
