This three-hour workshop breaks down the main archetypes of the yin yoga poses that target the hips and pelvis and will show you how to choose the poses that work best for your body and put them together in a sequence. 

You will leave the class armed with your own personalised yin yoga sequence to practice at home. For yoga teachers, you will understand the different poses to offer your students and see how to modify poses for your classes.
