Yin Yoga Workshop
Join health educator and Yin yoga teacher Mason Taylor and Yoga for All founder Tahnee McCrossin for a three-hour Yin Yoga immersion into the fascinating world of fascia. Learn how fascia affects your yoga practice, your health and mobility ad emotions, and experience your fascia in action in long-held Yin poses.
In this workshop you will explore and experience your own fascia as a dynamic, living tissue. You will feel into what it is and why it’s important, its incredible function in the living system of your body and learn how to nourish and fortify your fascia for longevity, flexibility and vitality.

- What is the fascial network and how do we connect to it for physical and emotional release?
- How, as yogis, do we become more aware of our fascia?
