This 2 hour workshop will introduce and break down transitions into and out of peak poses. It will teach you to base, fly and spot the fundamental movements and build into dynamic AcroYoga sequences to get your AcroYoga practice from single static poses into fun and free flowing movement.
Open to all levels (some Acroyoga experience recommended - eg Front Bird)
Bring a smile, your mat, a sense of adventure, be ready to get inverted (go upside down) and have loads of fun!
